Divanee Magazine has honored our President, Samar Shaheryar as their "Diva of the Month". Divanee, a popular online magazine for North American Desi Women recognized what board members, YOUR DIL volunteers and everyone that knows Samar on a personal and professional basis has long known. Tireless, full of life and fiercely devoted to charitable causes that make a real difference in the world, Samar is an example for us all. Divanee also touched on the work of YOUR DIL, without which an accurate portrayal of Samar could not be accomplished.
